I just did an online chat with DISH and they said that VJ has the same monthly fee as a physical joey ($7). I installed the DISH app on my PS3. It really looks like it would be cool. Too bad there isn't any price break at all.

The incentive would be that they don't have to put a physical Joey in as many houses. These are generally subsidized, not purchased, and they obviously cost Dish something.

I have seen plenty of posts where people (like you) have seen 3D offerings on their 922s. My question is has anyone with a 722/722k seen any 3D - ever? I still have not. Dish's web site says the 722/722k supports 3D. Does it?

I have just tested this. There was no difference in single mode vs. dual mode. The list you saw may have been multiple events on one timer. I set up two timers for Sunday at 7pm. When I add a 3rd it says there is a conflict. When I tell it to restore the new timer, it only offers one of...

Yes, I do have it in single mode. I love the PIP feature. I do have a sling adapter attached, as well. I have used it occasionally in dual mode. I will have to test this.

How are timer conflicts presented on the Hopper? I miss my 721 receiver. It used to show 3 bars that graphically represented each tuner and easily showed what your new timer conflicted with (on both tuners). My 722k, when you tell it to restore a program that was skipped by priority, only...
