Well dish replaced my 721s (they said I had to replace both even though I was having zero issues with the other one) with 522s. They said the DVR fee would be waived.... I'm holdin my breath until I see the bill.

I have the same problem with my 2 721's. It occasionally works for a while and then stops for a while. It seems to ALWAYS work after I restart and then stops a while after that.

I spent several hours on night testing the different freebie anti-virus programs and found that Avast caught stuff downloading (and blocked it) while AVG missed stuff downloading and allowed it to be saved to disk. In it's defense it did catch it once I attempted to open it up.

Homie doesn't use either Norton or McCrap. I use a tool called De-Crapifier to get rid of all of the crap that comes on Dell's. I use Avast at home and on all home installs.
