    That would explain it best for me. I had read about limits on here but they didn't even come to mind at the time. When I first noticed the problem a few days ago, I even tried a dish pass and that didn't fix it. Does a pass have the same limit? It should be easy to test.

    See that's the problem. It's not marked to be recorded or skipped. I thought this was name based recording so as long as the name is the same then it shouldn't matter if it's marked as new or not. It should be picked up as a new or re-run and set appropriately.

    2 screws to remove the cover plate - insert module - reinstall the 2 screws - attach antenna - scan for channels. Don't know what they suggest to do with the cover, so I just put in under the 722k for storage.

    Just so you know, with the OTA module, you will have 2 OTA tuners now. That way you can record 4 channels at once (2 sat, 2 ota). To the best of my knowledge, that $40 fee is one time, so you won't have to pay it again. I didn't.

    Known DVR Issues 722k

    It is designed to record up to 4 HD streams at once. I was recording FOX, CBS, ABC, and SYFY all at that time slot last night without problems. Other than trying a power cord reset, I can't help.
