    Learned that Time Warner channels including HBO/ Cinemax/Cartoon/TBS/CNN may not go up as planned. An equipment delivery and install problem at D. (I work for TW Corporate and we had a memo this morning) Not sure about when the satellite will start programming other channels. Maybe that is why...
