    As of right not you can only share recording to HD receivers - HR2x-H2x The next step is to share from one HD DVR to another - HR2x?HR2x I don't think there are plans to allow sharing to an SD receiver. Mike

    The ability to watch what is recorded on a DVR on a receiver in another room. The receivers will be connected via your home network. Mike

    You should be able to just get a DirecTV HD receiver and plug it in. If your TiVo in the bedroom works the new receiver should also. The only potential problem is the type of coax supplying the bedroom. Can you tell what kind of coax is installed to your bedroom? e.g. RG59 or RG6 Mike

    The fact is that there's nothing in the customer agreements that says they won't charge you if you move and have LOS. I've seen it happen twice and in both cases they didn't have to pay the fee. However, in both cases a tech had to go out and verify LOS and one had to pay for the tech...

    1. This would likely be considered an upgrade. 2. It's very possible that by activating the HD receiver will trigger a new two year commitment. 3. I think if you no longer have LOS that would allow you to not to have to pay ETFs. I wouldn't say anything about moving when you upgrade...
