Finally - Dish is a little bit behind on this one - I still don't understand why they do not label it as 18 which is their broadcast and station ID channel number.

Can't you see what Gannett is trying to do - Dish is trying to protect the consumer from rate increases yet Gannett and others like them keep demanding more money. Enough is enough!!! I for one am sticking with Dish on this issue. In my opinion, OTA stations shouldn't get retrans fees anyway...

WECP Panama City is broadcasting test signal on 18.1 as of 9:30 pm central 9-20-12 ---- Don't know if they have uplinked to dish yet - hopefully Iceberg can tell us this

Just found out we (in Panama City, FL) are getting a new CBS affiliate from the same folks sometime in September on channel 18!!! WECP will be the call letters. Question is - how strong will their signal be?? Stronger the Fox 28's I hope!!!
