    I can actually now get one more OTA channel. My local PBS which the VOOM receiver has been able to get, then not get, then get, then not get (with each software update) is now back.

    This is great news, but unmotivating for me. All I want back is Starz-HD, Max-HD and TMC-HD. (And of course the long-dead Encore-HD) These were my favorite four channels on the whole VOOM roster. Why won't anyone else pick these up?

    I am not vouching that the e-mail post is authentic or fraud, but the To: and From: names are in quotes, that indicates to me that this is how the names are entered in the posters Address Book for the actual e-mail addresses. So the From and To lines, IMO, do not indicate if this is real or fake.

    The shareholders have sunk the 1.4 billion. It's gone. Again, now the issue is that they are refusing money from VOOM LLC. Obviously Charles needs to make the offer more financially worth while than the shutdown. I would think he at least did that.

    I was surprised to see this thread back up top.... Did anyone notice that around half of the commercials during the Superbowl were presented in HD (or atleast 16:9 upconvert)? So if they made a D5 dub for the FOX Network's Master Control... Why don't they give a D5 copy to all the networks...
