Not sure why everyone is so p-o'd. My installer was a little late, but other than that I'm happy with my 811. OTA channels come in strong and clear, DVI for the HDTV is great, and using s-video for SD avoids the issue with the aspect ratio for now.

That's disappointing. I was really hoping it was my receiver that was the source of this problem. I don't notice it on my TV with a non-DVR receiver, but it's only a 20 inch TV, so maybe the problem is not as magnefied as it is on my 51 inch TV.
