After just talking to my brother who has a FTA dish he now can see the following channels up there in test mode. 9483 - mgm 9484 - mojo 9492 - smithsonian 9494 - fishing wfn I can't see them yet on Dish but they must be coming soon. He still doesn't see SCI-FI or USA yet, Bummer.

So if I under stand correctly to get all of the channels one still needs to purchase the HD pack in addition to the AEP making it $20 more than the AEP? I was hoping that having the AEP would mean getting the HD versions of the SD channels received. Please let me know if I am correct. Thanks...

I have had a 722 since September 07 and have been very happy with it. Though I have read where some people have had problems with it. I used to have a cable Motorola 6416 box and it was much slower and didn't really compare to the speed and quality of the 722. I really like the storage space...

You just need to call or chat with a CSR to get this deal. The free three months doesn't count as I had free HBO/Cinemax until November too. It is 1 cent per year until Jan. 2010.

I moved from Jeff City to St. Charles back in September but were not Dish customers in Jeff City because we had mediacom. (just used them for the 15Mbs internet). How much would it cost from Dish to upgrade your dish to the 1000+ with 4 LNBs so that you can get HD locals? Just curious.

I got it too and was told I can have it as long as autopay is active. The deal expires 01/31/2010. It took one phone call and a long chat session. On the phone call the CSR (Cory) told me I could sub HBO for Cinemax and he took my CC number to make it happen. I waited 45min and nothing...

I am fairly new to Dish and was wondering when the new birds go up will they replace what is up there now? Will my dish at home need to be adjusted to receive the new sats or will it find them automagically? Thanks, Tracy
