I called on 2/1 and had the install date set as 2/15.....only to have them make the call to move it back to 2/28. The installer actually called me to see if I had received the 622 on the 2/14....which I did not. He said that when it comes to give him a call and he would come install it...

Glad to see I am in the club...original install date 2/10....they called yesterday....pushed back to 2/28.....not holding my breath! :eek:

After having to call and speak with a CSR 3 different times (7:00 am, 9:00 am and 11:30 am)...I was finally able to get an install set up for February 10 for a 622. The actually upgrade was no problem....is was the scheduling of the install that took the additional calls. Not too bad...

Will this remote control the 522? And if so...all features? Thanks for your input.

Tried that already. I am hoping that someone may know codes that the 522 manual didn't have (or some other trade secret). Thanks though. PS....Colts were complete let down!:( Is it too much like a Cubs fan now to say "just wait till next year"?

I just recently bought a 15" Polaroid TV (FLM-1511) and I can't get the 522 receiver remote (TV 1) to work with the new TV (power on/off, volume, etc). Anyone have any suggestions on where I can find information to program this? Is it possible even to do it? Thanks.
