If the cable is not solid copper, replace it. The HD signal requires every bit of the conduit to be copper, otherwise you will see drop outs/pixelation.:eek:

You are going to need room on your balcony for the 95 dish. You may try a 30cm dish with the correct LNB, as long as you have the correct multi-switch.

Called D* and they sent me an HR20 to replace my 2 year old HR10-250. They claim that the HD died.

What is the download you have? Call D* and ask them to walk you through a forced download. The problem you are describing was one of the original issues whey they first shipped. Issue has been cleared up.

There is a technical glitch on the D11/95/4x4/6x8 combo. A solution is in the works. Shoud be ready by the middle of November. :eek: The TiVo should be able to work without any issues. :yes

Seems that your Monitor is not able to display progressive (720p) signals, only interlaced (1080i). Regarding your cutting off, seems that your monitor is set to a zoom setting, although if it's receiving a digital signal it should not be able to be altered. IT should be set to wide, nothing else.

Correct. No need. If you can do an SD, you can do an HD. Same drop. The bigger issue is can you align and peak a triple LNB? Also, being that an HD box is considered an advanced product, you get a 2-year agreement. ;)
