Dish CSR stated that locals are ABC, NBC, and CBS. All others are minor and will not qualify for a free dish. I have called 6 or 7 time to waive the 100.oo but they won't. I will cancel my order to see if that will get me the waiver, if not oh well.

Check your guide TNT-HD was added this weekend across the USA for Comcast, but if your local Comcast doesn't have bandwith space it will be a while. My TNT-HD will be added on Tuesday. Universal-HD is next on the list maybe next month. Since ADS has started it will free up more bandwith.

There will be more bandwith on 3/31/05 from ENCORE HD leaving. Remember 1HD channel is equal to 12 SD ones according to what has been said in this forum. Maybe it will be replace by another HD channel (ESPN2-HD ;) ) or will be 12 new SD channels ranging from Superstations to sports, or...

In some area like mine Univision and Telefutura are OTA, but they never broadcast in HD just SD. Univision might carry OTA HD during WC2006.
