Well, as of this morning, most of my VOOM is still on!!! :D However, I cannot get 2-1 WB2. I rescanned and still no Angie Austin :no I had similar problems last week and then it came back. My guess is the problem is at the station. Anyone know anything more?

Firmware / Software Upgrade? I guess my STB's got upgraded last night - all 3 were powered off when I woke up this morning and I had to unplug them and plug them back into the wall socket to get them to power up. I didn't check my firmware / software versions - can't keep up with them...

Welcome Bob the Builder!!! I am not an installer, but one thing that I do know, is that amplifiers are tricky business - keep in mind that they amplify the BAD stuff as well as the GOOD stuff, so adding another probably isn't the way to go. You should be able to contact VOOM and complain...
