It's been a month since I received a disc also and I have seven in my queue...guess they must be going out of business...it is a poor way to treat your customers

I just received a shipping notice on a new release which has been in my queue for two weeks....this is entirely acceptable for popular new releases on DVD..I am encouraged......Now, if they would just fix the queue bugs.....

This is incorrect. My experience with new releases is a LONG wait....MUCH longer than Netflix.....and if you remove them from your queue....you get them anyway...in about a month in our case.

Sooooo...................WILL Dish address this nasty little bug in their system??? Where is the internet response team?

I received a disc I removed from my queue because they said it would be "very long wait" and they were right, it was about a month and about two weeks AFTER I had removed it from my queue.....SO...it is a bug on their end.

A follow up.....the particular title was promptly shipped by Netflix..I left it in my Blockbuster queue for a week...then removed it. Interestingly, even though it has been removed for close to a week....they sent a shipping email yesterday...which leads to another question...are there software...

it was worth a try....It worked for me the first time....My bet is you show no IP info which means while you are still connected to your network you have no internet...I unplugged mine..hopefully they will get the bugs out.otherwise it's just not worth the hassle at least to me

You lost your internet....NOT your network..connection...try a soft reboot

I am just going to unplug my wireless adapter for a month or so and hope they get the bugs out......it is not at all worth the additional aggravation and frustration...and I'm getting more than a little tired of YEARS of audio drops...

Well.......I've been streaming for four days wireless.....all my saved programs are gone again...requiring the second reboot...IF it even works. I'm going to just unplug the wireless adapter and call it a $15. loss....not at all worth the aggravation.
