Comcast customer service is bad. Depending on who answers determines if your issue gets fixed or not.

Comcast currently has a 2 hour wait to talk to someone. They are at 20% work force and state because of the virus. Sound more like a cost savings initiative than a virus concern It has been this way since March

The PtOP his failed at both channels 9/32. That feeds Charter. They are currently pulling the signal from the air. The signal quality is greatly reduced Dtv and Dish are not affected
Comcast and I are struggle every month. Last month they decided to raise my bill for no reason This month I requested not to receive their junk mail. But clicking on the no thank you link I found out the link was dead. I seem to complain every month
I think it is time to even the playing field. Yes stations should be imported as long as the broadcaster play hostage with their signal. Overall it causes our rates to increase
Today I lost my internet service and I called to get is restored. Nothing to do with my bill but a technical issue. They were very rude, has anyone experience issues with comcast or is it just a bad day for service reps
