Comcast customer service

Comcast currently has a 2 hour wait to talk to someone. They are at 20% work force and state because of the virus. Sound more like a cost savings initiative than a virus concern It has been this way since March

It’s been bad. I run an inbound call center to sell Comcast.

The number of existing customers calling into the new customer sales line has been crazy because they can’t get ahold of anyone at the 800 number.

Call starts with “thank god I got someone” and I’m like unless you want new service, call 800 Comcast. Then they get all pissy with you because we can’t help them, even if I wanted to.

Even tech support is bad. They force you to reset your modem, and tell you to wait 10 minutes for it to reboot before you can call back abc talk to someone
Their customer service is a lot like their service guarantee: we'll get to it when we get to it. Not even Comcast Business customers can get a Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Surely they're taking advantage of the situation.
