    I actualy got a response from ceo@.... they say they are going to physically mail a return label. Somewhere down the line both gmail and my isp were unable to get the email that dish network uses to send ups return tags. Sounds weird to me but hopefully this will resolve the situation.

    I sent them an email about returning equipment. I don't expect anything since I'm not a customer anymore. The problem was that they only sent one return label for two boxes. Spoke or chatted with 4 customer service agents who said they had emailed return label but nothing happened so far.

    DISH improperly zooming on letterboxed SD NBC broadcasts in Chicago

    They are using the HD source from WMAQ and down rezzing to SD and sometimes zooming it. Part of the NBC HD logo is visible on the dish network WMAQ SD channel. I know they are doing it but do not know why.

    622 recordings fail to start

    Same thing has been happening on my 622 for over a week now. It is running software L445RBDD-N. Doesn't seem to be damaging anything but it is very annoying to have to fast forward or hit the jump 30 second button every time.

    I'm very mixed about the possibility of 129 going away. 129 has been very beneficial to "movers" and other hand it's not reliable as it should be. I wouldn't have any problem with it if they got a certain DMA in HD though :).

    622 L4.01 To Spool on Thursday! (Not sure WHICH thursday though)

    I received the L4.01 update yesterday and did not sign up for any beta test. I was worried about losing recordings on the DVR based on what I read here but no adverse effects here.

    Is Dish adding CW and MYTV HD channels anytime soon?

    WTF?? Mynetwork has been 100% HD since they started for their own programs. However they have dropped the all telenovela format and going with reality stuff from the rumors so the HD probably will be gone for their next round of programs.

    Wait let me see if I understand this. If someone can pickup 129 they could "move" to any DMA on that satellite and receive it with no problems? Like someone in the Charleston Huntington DMA could pick Atlanta or Salt Lake City HD locals with no problem?
