I agree the signal from the tv2 may be high and overloading the front end of the tuner in the tv causing the distortion, I would have tried using the attenuator that comes with the receiver.

hi is the channel ever in HD???, sometimes they forget to flip the HD on!!! It i sprobably the local network, if it is in hD that is what dish will give you, they never downconvert or down res a channel!!!

no 501 and 508 are not 8psk capable I know the 211 622 722 722k are 8psk capable. I dont know if the 522, 525 or 625 are either. I just hope I dont have to pay a Dvr Fee!!!!
