i am disabled aand hard to understand on the phone so i know i would never pass the audit. i have never had my receivers connected to a phone or broadband. it will be interesting if they ever audit me.

two years ago when i upgraded a 311 to a 612 the tech took the 311 and i was charged $99 for a unreturned receiver. i called several times and they still charged me. i let it go because about a year before i had deactivated a receiver and they never asked for it back.

fact is mlb and direct entered into, what i believe, an illegal contract to hike up the price of mlb network and keep it off dish.

the volume on all my hd channels is lower than the sd channels, but no one knows why
