what's the differnce in the satillites. I live in Louisiana and get 119 T 100%, 110 at 80%, and 129 at 75%. I have the hd platimium with locals, but they are not in hd. Is one satillite better than the other? if so, which one?

should i pick a market closest to where I am? also, i only get a 75% signal on 129, 100% on 119, and 75% on 110. would this be a problem or do i need to move my dish to get a better signal on 129?
