no all are standard

yesterday i received a 625 DVR. the picture/screen color is very faded and washed out. it appears the same on both TV1 and TV2. i connected a 510 DVR to TV1 and the color is fine. is this a receiver problem or a connection issue? It was installed by a dish tech. any thoughts?

update! First thanks for all the help. after more reading here and the responses to this post. on wed the 23 i called dish back and explained the problem in more detail. they suggested a tech come out again and see if there are any better options. So we scheduled an appointment for today, june...
