I will agree with bob in this case. If it cost an average joe $16 to ship the box, E* will pay less than what it cost me. Less money in their pockets if you ship yourself.

Got confirmations that both of my receivers that I sent have been received. One I paid for and one was pre-paid. Think I'm almost in the clear.

Slingbox has no monthly fee. Just hook it up to your network, plug in your video source and put the IR in front of your receiver and go.

Yup. I even switched phones and kept my unlimited data plan yesterday. Heck, I can sign a new two year contract with another new phone and still keep the unlimited data plan.

I'll agree with this with one exception. Local networks should always be free via OTA.

Never been charged by Insight when I have internet issues or when we had cable issues. I pay a monthly fee and they maintain their service.

Yea the guy at the counter said it would be about $20 since others that have been brought in were. But I made sure to put the LNB and the receiver with two remotes in the pre-paid box. I'm sure that helped lower the price. I couldn't even fit that huge LNB in one of those tiny square boxes they...

The ref # matches the RA # I received in my email. I paid for the second box and it was only $16.02.

The label the boxes came on had ref #s on them. I bet if I look at the ONE label I did get they match up. So I could write them down on the one purchased from ups and put a note in the box. Write tracking info down, etc.

I just did another online chat and was told they don't email return labels. Completely different than what I was told by two reps last night. The third rep tells me they will mail me a new box..... Why do I think I will somehow get charged for the receiver?

Well I waited an hour. Now they are saying it can take up to 24 hours.

Yea I checked under the flaps of both boxes. Double checked all papers and under a rug to be safe. I did an online chat and they said I would receive one via email within 15 minutes. Well, its been 20 and nothing yet.

Received my equipment return boxes today. Only one of them had a return label.... Great now to try and see if they will send me one or maybe email one I can print.

Damn anyway to make a buck I suppose. I didn't get charged when we "moved" back to our billing address about a month ago.

I should be receiving my return boxes on Monday. They emailed me tracking numbers for both boxes. But they didn't ship until almost a week after I canceled.

Evansville is in the same boat, but I have a feeling they won't change either one. It's happened in the past. No way would I want a wing dish on my house. I would want to be switched over completely to EA.

It was choice or higher. Now that Sunday Ticket it out its Premier unless you order from Costco then I believe HD is free with Ultimate still. Someone stated they called Direct and they matched the HD for free by stating Costco had it.

I assume they still want the LNB even if you went through an authorized retailer and got the equipment through them?
