I did find out that they now charge $10/month for each month left on your contract, instead of the $17 or more they used to charge.
I know this, because I decided to up stay with them and upgrade all my equipment.

Don't count on that being so true. The CSR told me the $10/month ETF, but the contract I signed said $15. I think they use a ouija board when you cancel to determine the ETF on a case by case basis!

The ETF depends on when you signed your contract. Mine was $10.

So I was looking at the "replacement" boxes E* sent me because the previous ones were missing a return label. Well, I swear they are doing this on purpose. One of the boxes had the return label sticking out the top and is a mystery how it didn't fall out. So if anyone gets boxes with no label, its probably because it fell out due to poor packing or a bad joke by E*.
