If you are speaking about the Hopper 3, I would say go for it. It is truly a great DVR. I have been using mine for over 10 years and it is wonderful.

The hopper 3 is pure sex in the DVR world . everything else is just a waste of $$$

There is no better DVR... anywhere.

The Hopper 3 is the real reason why so many people keep DISH, as it is that good.

I can easily argue it best HW for DVR system, software wise not so much..
