    Purchased a new Dual LNB to replace the one that was giving me problems. 22 bucks new ebay. Installed it today and everythings working fine now. Thanks to eveyone that help.

    rcdallas Thanks for the reply I have not swapped receiver locations. Only swapped cables inputs into dp34. I guess swapping locations would tell if it would be a bad line. I get back to you on that.
