Had mine installed yesterday. Not all shows are in HD. You are getting the HD channels but it is solely dependent on the show. Today's Steeler game was only SD. Now if we could only get Fox Sports Pittsburgh Pen's game in HD we would be set. Merry Christmas!!!!!!!:)

Do a front panel reset or pull the plug and wait 30 seconds and plug back in. Should be just fine. Same problem this week for me.
