The only reason I have stuck with Dish Over Directv is the Vip 622 an Vip 722. I have had both my cable HD DVR and Directv's Hd DVR and the VIP is head and shoulders above them all. If Dave could match Dish's DVR I would probably switch.

Lets see. A company that doesn't know when it's product is coming out. Doesn't advertise or keep its customers informed. Has no information on its web site, its customer support staff has no information or sometimes guesses or gives bad information. Sounds like a good company to me.

I live in Eau Claire Wisconsin and the cable company carries Mpls/St. Paul Locals. Does this mean Dave will now carry these locals with this new thing? and it would be sweet if they also carry the HD channels when they come to fruition.

Just tell them you want to change your service address but keep your current billing address. Give them a service address within the area that you want receive HD Locals. I live near Minneapolis/St. Paul and can get CBS, NBC and Fox in HD Because they are owned and operated stations.
