My wife was getting pissed last night because it was doing it on our Under the Dome recording.

We are seeing more and more pixelation/freeze ups on recordings on our HR34. I have to hit the FF or skip button to get past it. Anyone else seeing this?

Exactly as you stated. We could possibly rearrange the den/playroom/computer room we have a TV in now but can't move the TV due to the coax location. Same with our bedroom.

I haven't heard of a new customer being shipped the equipment ahead of time. When we had ours installed the tech brought the equipment out to us. I do need to call and see if a tech will come back out and move our dish though. When we had it installed it was in January. Now the trees are in...

I too am happy with the HD channels that D* offers. My only "gripe" if you will is I still have H2 in my channel guide of "channels I get" yet it's not part of the Entertainment package that we subscribe to. More of an annoyance than an issue though.

QVC HD?? WHY?!

We've noticed this for the past week or so, but when we are watching some of our DVR recordings the recording will freeze at random points. I have to do a 30skip forward and back a couple of times to view the content. It appears to freeze in the same spot. It's done this while watching it...

An internet connection. The "Smart" TV means it has apps built in like Netflix and Amazon.

We've been very happy with the Genie since we had it installed in early January. I wish the VOD was better but even with our 30Mbps connection we have to let shows record for 10-15 minutes before we can start them.

OTA would be so awesome for us but we cant get the signals reliably. We are 50+ miles from the Tyler, TX towers and 80+ as the crow flies for Dallas.
