Well it would seem just the fact of being on the network causes my issues. Isolated so it was just DVR, Router, Cable modem and the lockup still happens.

Did you install the B-Band converters? or if using an SWM LNB / Switch did you leave them off? The channels listed as working are MPEG 2 and the one that don't are MPEG 4. Have you checked the display resolutions to make sure they are set to something you tv can display?
