Anyone have any issues with a promised gift card? I called on September 8 and threatened to cancel b/c of the loss of NFL Sunday Ticket - they offered me a $200 gift card. I called back today to find out what might have happened, and they have absolutely no record of it. Anyone ever run into this?

I'm so sorry, I misread. I have the channel logos in the upper-right hand corner when I change the channel, but they're not in the guide.

The main one I watch on is an HR54-700, but I also have a C61K-700 and a C51-500.

I still have channel logos on mine (Satellite).

I'm going to assume that since my service address and my billing address are different, that they wouldn't ship it to the billing address. :)

I've stopped calling the regular 1-800-531-5000 number, and calling the retentions #. The last time I called, which was last week, there were no menu options - I literally got through directly to a person who was not one of their outsourced reps. The number is 1-855-235-3982.

Not sure if this is a bug or not in the system, or if it's only tailored for certain users, but NHL Center Ice is showing available to add on my account for a VERY good price. I called in and while they didn't show it, they honored the price.

Yes, that's correct. AT&T gives you the choice of four services for free (I know Spotify is one of them besides HBO, but I don't remember the other three). Picking HBO if you have D* will also make it free on there.

I pay $15 for all four movie channel packages. Like ejb1980, I've never ever paid full price for them and I'll have had DirecTV 6 years at the end of December. HBO is free as I have AT&T for my cell phone service.

I got around that by going to att.com -> Clicking on "Contact Us" at the bottom -> TV - > DirecTV -> Scrolling down a bit for a "Chat Live" button.

Well, even though I was told 4K equipment's in stock, they're not in local stock, so the appointment today was cancelled. They are "expecting more next Tuesday", but I have a feeling this will be a never ending loop. LOL

Either the nationwide shortage is over, or my timing on calling to inquire about it was great. I got a 4K receiver for $40 (the rep said they could only credit up to $360 on it, which is MUCH better than $400), and they're coming out on November 20. The earliest was the 14th, but the 20th works...
