    I would watch out for Directv. I went through the same thing and am still fighting with it. Directv will charge you if the receiver is late or even if it is not late they will still charge you. You have the burden of proof that is was delivered.

    But does it take almost 3 weeks to check? And I was told on the phone that the DVR WAS received so to me that says that someone looked at it but still no refund.

    The issue is that they have had the receivers for over 14 days. And they should not have charged it in the first place. They can take my money fraudulently but will not return it. on top of that the supervisor was pretty much calling me a liar.
