For about a year my bill was around 15 dollars a month even with premier because I was getting $200+ discounts a month. This was around 2017. They were giving discounts left and right back then. It’s a lot harder now a days.

It doesn’t make sense to include the cost of internet to streaming. Majority of people already have home internet. I personally don’t know one person who does not have broadband at home.

I would recommend to 4k because otherwise you'll miss out on the ESPN broadcasts which look the best out of all the 4k sports broadcasts plus NBA broadcasts as well. And the Olympics in 4k (filmed in 8k) will look amazing as well this summer.

I've been able to record two 4k programs before but those were rare instances or a glitch. I think it was when I had a manual 4k recording. It only happened twice and I am unable to record two 4k programs most of the time. I probably will switch to the HS17 sometime this year before the Olympics.

how were you getting premier for 166? I used to pay 188 for premier. And recently they accidentally canceled my service when making a change. When they readded service, premier went up to 196! I feel like I’m getting ripped off because even new customers pay 189 for premier after the first year...

I record all 4 versions sometimes and I can def notice the difference even with it being 1080p upscaled. And with the 4 real 4k ESPN broadcast, I thought the LSU Florida game looked amazing. I wasn't as impressed with Oregon Washington, but still looked great.

Not always true. I've had several instances where the rain stopped me from watching games. Recent example is when the Cowboys played the Packers. I missed the potential game tying field goal that the Cowboys missed because of the rain.
