Hi, I was trying to watch some stuff on ESPN360 and can't because it looks like it's tied to television systems, specifically cable companies. Do you think D* will ever work with ESPN to provide this to their subs?

Thanks RACJ2. My email to Ellen orpmpted a phonecall from D*'s escalation group who said they have a direct pipeline into the warehouse and processed my order. I should have the box by Friday or Saturday.

Just got off the phone with a D* supervisor. She said no box still has not been ordered. I told her that I was supposed to get a R22 because the R15 wasn't compatible with the SWM. She said that it was impossible to order a specific receiver and that I would have to purchase a specific one...

I had an R16-300 that died on me. It was connected to a SWM switch. They sent me the replacement which was an R15-100, which isn't compatible. It took me three hours on the phone with a "tech" who didn't know that. He said they would note to send me out an R16 ASAP. I asked if he could note...

Hi, Does anyone know why DirecTV only offers On Demand thru their HD DVR's? I have two standard DVR's in my home and wanted to have access to it. Are there any plans to offer it on non HD DVR's in the future?

Hi, This is my first year with NFL:ST. I was at the Patriots game and didn't get to watch any TV on Sunday. I have the premium package and all the HD offerings. Will I get the NFL:ST HD games or do I also need to sign up for Superfan in order to receive the HD feeds?
