How will this effect NHL Center Ice subscribers? I live in Chicago, but am a St. Louis Blues follower. Will I still get FSMW feed via the NHL Center Ice channel or does that go away as well? I haven't signed up yet, but I was going to after the free trial runs out this weekend.

Just an update. I called Directv and spoke with someone in the "bundle" dept, and the offers weren't as good as going through att.com. So is the discount just $5 a month when you get just dsl? Do you get any more discount if you get dsl and home phone?

I having the same problem. The HD channels in the CI package aren't showing up anymore in my program quide. When I go to the FSNMW-HD (671-1) when the blues are playing, it says channel not purchased. This sucks! :mad:

I would wait for the NFL ST package deal to start. In the past, when you purchase NFL SN, you get the Premier Package for free for 4 months. I'm not sure when exactly it starts, but I am thinking sometime in late August/early September is when it would start.

I got the sports pack so I can watch the English Premier League soccer on FSC. I wish Setana Sports wasn't so expensive or I would get that too.

Before you sign up, make sure the football game you want to watch isn't blacked out. A lot of college games are blacked out unless you are watching the FSN station that is your "local" RSN.

Pitviper33, you should just try it yourself. It will probably work. Call D* up and give them an address in the Chicago DMA. Turn on your TV and Sat receiver and see what happens.
