The way I look at it is: $250 "lease" (and the actual lease cost is only a $5/month DVR fee) is a fee I'd be willing to pay to be able to record HD OTA channels, Voom programming, and Sirius programming. As others have pointed out: $250 is a darn sight better than $549 for a purchased 921...
