Voom's Dish Did Not Work
I had E* installed and they used the new DISH 500 PRO LNB when they installed their dish and tried to use the VOOM dish for the VOOM programming. Only to find out that the VOOM'S LNB with not work with the Dish 500 PRO LNB. So they will have to replace the VOOM dish...
