No. I tried that and the box boots up with an access card error message, and you can't do anything else from there.

That's right. I was switching between 307 (ESPN2) and 308 (ESPN2A) and it was the same game. It was NOT ESPN2HD, it was 1080i upconverted ESPN2, 4x3 formatted with black side bars. I even put the receiver in Native mode to confirm and 307 was 480i and 308 was 1080i. Then at 11PM (MST), 308...

Voom is showing a 1080i upconvert of ESPN2 on channel 308 (ESPN2A) right now!

Getting back to the original topic - tonight I noticed that the Suns-Sonics game was being shown on 304, but with black side bars. As soon as SportsCenter started on 301, 304 went to INVOOM.

Discovery Health is on Voom - channel 605.

The last time I received a call while watching Voom, not only was the callerID info for a previous call, but it was also corrupted. The last letter of the name was missing, and the number was messed up and also missing a digit.

Go into the "Parental Controls" menu (press Voom, then Green button), and you will notice in the lower right corner it will show the yellow button (I think) and says something like "press to remove all parental controls and to clear the PIN". if you press it, another screen shows up to confirm...

A Voom CSR just told me that HGTV will be on channel 615, and scheduled to begin on Wednesday, Nov 24 at 7AM EST (or possibly sooner, like this evening.) I asked about the Food Network, and he did not know about that.

Just received a call from a CSR at Voom following up on my PIN issue. He told me to look for Home & Garden TV on channel 615 tomorrow (Nov 24) at 7AM EST.

That's not odd. Actually, it is good that they do it that way, incase there is a bug in the software (what are the chances of that happening?), only one of your boxes would be affected, not both.

I called around 12:30AM and they said it would be reset in a few hours. At 7:00AM, I was still having the problem. Called again and was told the PIN reset would occur later today. I'll report back after I get home. Caller ID worked fine for me.
