    Signal Quality Same here low signal, picture breakup. I have a friend who just had Voom installed today and lives downstate (250 miles south) of me. He is having the same problem, we were talking on the phone and experiencing picture breakups at the same time.

    Stutter Problem The other thing I've noticed on my SD TV is that the problem is cumulative-I've had Voom for 9 days now and have rebooted my receiver 3 times. The video stutter starts to "build up", eventually occurring every 3-5 seconds on the SD side, where my HDTV is not affected.
