    i love VOOM but

    I have never been able to log in to web site seems the csr who created my account created 2 different user names.Call has been escalated several times but still doesnt work Been trying since march to get it straightened out .Someone called yesterday said it would be ok in 2 days .We shall see.

    I Have never got any PG info for my local stations They are mapped fine and can watch most of them fine.Been installed for about 3 weeks now, talked to voom and installs inc said they were going to change box that was 2 weeks ago have not heard nothing from anyone
