    I'm in Lincoln, NE and am setup only for the Western Arc...does this mean that I have locals in HD now? I had the understanding that locals in my market were only going to be placed on the Eastern Arc. Any answers? Thank you for your help!

    I'm not the most well-informed, but what is with all of the 'channel package flag change' language? Is DISH restructuring its programming lineups or are the 239+ changes making way for something in terms of adding programming?
