That's pretty cool.

Do you have a roaster? I put mine in my roaster with pineapple juice and put pineapple rings all over it, cook it as long as the package says or per the roaster's instructions. I've also done it in my crock pot that way.

HIFI bought me a cast iron skillet for Christmas. I only know because he took Rhiannon with him and she is not good at keeping secrets. :D So he gave it to me early. Gonna use it tomorrow. So excited!

I made beef and chicken enchiladas for my sister to take home for supper, and I made tostadas for my family.

We had tacos too, but that's nothing new... :D

Well, plans changed. I made homemade mac and cheese with chicken for the kids and myself. Spaghetti is ready for HIFI when he gets home...

I think it's a taco night, maybe chicken tacos for me. :D

Chicken Alfredo for me and the kids, spaghetti for HIFI

Tonight we are having kraut and beef, mashed potatoes, and rolls. I'm so excited because this is the first time I've done this recipe myself. I hope it turns out as well as the one that was brought to us about a year ago when my grandma was in the hospice.

Chicken Spaghetti last night. Tostadas on the menu for tonight.

I made chicken and steak enchiladas. Amazingly enough, HIFI said he liked the chicken ones better than the steak ones.
