You need to call 1-800-getvoom and have them reset it. I believe its the only way.

Get another installer, your guy is on drugs! I bet most of us with multiple recievers have one or more SDTV's. Coming from the cable world my SD picture quality never looked so good! On the HD channels it's even better. You will get the "letterbox" effect on those movies shown in that format...

Welcome, I am having a similar problem with my "upgrade" of the stealth to a Wineguard. I wouldn't be surprised if its your antenna "upgrade" I went from 8 stations down to 3. I have Installs Inc. coming out for a third time this Friday and will let you know if I learn anything. MJB
