    Audio dropouts......

While watching Fleetwood MAc on Rave there were quite a few very short (<1second) audio dropouts. Anyone else notice? I am using the coaxial output if it matters. Thanks, Joe

I can easily run a separate cable and think the 3db gain is worth it. How do I do it? Thanks, Joe

    Audio output low.....

I noticed when watching RAVE yesterday that I really have to turn the volume up on my system to get some good output. On RAVE for example I can turn it up to +10db (max) but the system isn't as loud as it could be. I have my system calibrated and when playing DVD's at reference levels (85db) I...

    OTA issues....

I've been frustrated recently by the OTA performance of my Voom box. One hour I get all HD locals and the next hour I get "signal unavailable" on 3 or 4 channels. The next day they are back. The antenna is in my attic and doesn't move. Any ideas on how to fix this problem? Thanks, J.

Does my Voom box have a coaxial digital output?

That's good to know. I'd rather use a good coaxial. Cheaper, more durable and versatile than the toslink... Is it the orange output on the back of the receiver?

Voom box has what looks like a dead pixel....

Thanks for the tip. I did a hard reset and it's gone. I'll try the Voom X 2 the next time it happens and let you know how I make out. So I gather this is not too uncommon? Do all boxes do it or some and not others? J.

Voom box has what looks like a dead pixel....

I have my Voom box hooked up to the component input on my Samsung Tantus CRT RPTV. Just off to the right of the screen there is an area where there seems to be a small cluster of white pixels, especially noticeable with dark content. It doesn't change position when I change channels and is there...
