    D* HD tuner will power sensar OTA We switched to D* last week and the tuner seems to supply power to the antennae! D* is a let down (though HD PQ is adequate) and my wife is pissed about the loss of both style and ultra! we watch a lot of locals now!

    the antennae is a sensar II or something (the stealth bomber thing) I put it on a pole after the first dismal install in January. We had the three room install done initially but one reciever went bad and have not gotten this taken care of since guy came out last (two days of work lost there)...

    Thanks TYORK. I removed the initial diplexor and power pass splitter and sent 2 x sat and UHF straight into the muli-switch. got channels in the rf = 50-60 range right away. then put the sensar II up on a higher mast and recieve 100% of locals on one set and all but one on another. One I...
