    I had to reboot my box to get each of them. Unplug and plug back in, came right up.

    Working fine for me. In the quick setup select "On" and be sure to click the green button to save the setting, and that's it. Works great so far....

    I hard-rebooted, also did the "Verify Voom" step, and the PG came back pretty quickly. Not sure which step fixed it but I didn't have the patience to do a controlled experiment. Just happy it's working again...

    Do you get a paper bill before VOOM withdraws $ from your CC?

    I always get a statement about a week or so before they charge my card. BTW, just to add some positivity towards Voom, Voom rules.
