Cyclone, I don't know if CSN-HD is still fiber-only or not. I do know that several non-Comcast systems, including COX and Starpower in DC, Virginia, and Maryland now carry it. That said, the FOX-owned regional sports networks in HD will be on satellite and available for carriage by VOOM.

This gives them all sorts of options for the next season: development of new characters in New York; another potential power struggle for the New York family business; and the threat of someone from Brooklyn cutting a deal with prosecutors to testify against the New Jersey mob.

There is nothing in HD on TNT-HD now. The launch of HD is 9pm Friday. Was this really that big of a surprise? :)

Every occasion I've tuned in to Gangs of New York on Starz, it was 4:3 SD. Perhaps they finally got a HD transfer for that film, and haven't updated their online guide? I don't know if it was HD or upconverted, as I missed it.

Even with the extra HD channel, I think you'll find more HDTV programming in the HBO package, given all the upconverts Showtime does.

Don't fret, the NBA Eastern Conference Finals are coming to ESPN-HD starting this Saturday. TNT-HD will carry the Western Conference Finals in HD starting this Friday -- we'll find out in a few days whether VOOM adds this channel in time.
