Break ups on all Sat chanels in Chicago Anyone else seeing this? Started about 10 mins ago and is breaking up like crazy. signal strenth says solid 95

I don't think they wasting bandthwidth I just think that they are remapping the same content to another channel numbers. Is this correct Wilt? anyone?

I am in lincoln park and I get all OTA channels fine, except CBS which go's out eveytime it storms.

This has been talked about before and many solutions were suggested, alas, Voom has said that they will not support this feature

Hi, We had a bad storm the other day in chicago and I lost CBS for two days. Decided to do a factory reset. OOOOPPPS bad choice, i lost my authorization and had to call voom and get it turned back on. My thinking is DO NOT USE THE FACTORY RESET FUNCTION ANY LONGER!

they used a diplexor of some sort and its is working just fine. No problems.

Not sure if they will do this for you. I would give them a call and talk to Len about this. He seems to be the guy running things around there and may be able to give you advise on this. On my install they ran two lines for two boxes but they forgot the second box.....they are coming back...
