If you look at the disc usually you'll find a scratch. I've only had 2 problems since they started the disc at home service. One disc came broken in half, the other had a very visible scratch.

Weird how inconsistent they are. I have no problems at all. 3 day turnaround on pretty much any title, same as I got with Netflix. And I do Blurays only. My biggest problem is finding something I want to watch, and then actually making the time to view it when it arrives.

How many titles in your Queue? I have around 15 and have never failed to receive something once my previous disc is returned. Might not be the #1 selection, but usually something in the top 5 at least. My biggest problem has been finding decent movies to put in the queue.

Works fine for me, once I can FIND something to stream with the clunky interface. Just finished up Season 2 of Boardwalk Empire before my free HBO/Cinemax runs out.
