I have since given up getting any support from this company. The receiver is headed to the trash, and I've filed a complaint with PayPal. My closing recommendation is to steer clear of these folks.

They're responsive until you try to invoke the warranty. Then all you get is silence. I'm done with X2 and would not recommend them.
