I agree with Joe. I think if you site your sources for your data, you're in the clear. And whose to say you did not compile you own data. You can probably get that with your song request alone.

I have this kindle which I would like to listen to the radio on. When I access app, it comes up just like it does on my computer. Am I missing something I should download?

Hard work pays off. I catch myself listening more and more. You even got me hooked on Sunday afternoon Polka music. The only exposure I've had to this type of music is with a local band called "Brave Combo". I know my kids enjoy going to their concerts when they're in town. Go figure...

Ironically it fixed itself while I posted my message this morning. It seemed that the DJ did not have the fade turned down enough while he was creating plugs between the songs, which was bleeding through. Anyway it has worked fine all day. Thanks.

Today is Tuesday. I listen to the show throughout the morning and evenings. This morning, I've been experiencing issues with the streaming. It seems that I am not only hearing the song being played, but in the background, I can faintly hear DJ recording plugs for upcoming songs.
